Last weekend Randy had Friday off so we spent the day as a family and checked out a new museum here in AZ we'd never been to before, The Museum of Natural History in downtown Mesa.
Remember this letdown??
Well luckily the Museum of Natural History wasn't AS big of a letdown as that one, but it was still no Chicago Field Museum.
Sometimes I wonder if we will ever be able to go to a museum without comparing it to the museums in Chicago.
Madden had fun with his cousin Brooklyn, checking out the dinosaur exhibits, digging for dinosaur bones, and panning for gold.
Next on our list to check out...the Phoenix Children's Museum...over fall break...who wants to go with us?

I went there with Summer's kids before. It was a fun museum.
