The last time we spent Christmas in the bay area, was 4 years ago when Madden was about 18 months old!!
So it was time for a California Christmas!
My sister Summer and her girls, Alex & Avery, drove down from Oregon to spend a few days with us before heading home for Christmas to be with the rest of their fam.
I'm glad we were able to overlap our trips, because Madden had SO much fun with his cousins, and my sister and I got to be together :)
Which meant baking yummy christmas treats together, going on freezing cold morning runs together, reminiscing about childhood memories, staying out late at night (so late that we got locked out and had to sneak around the back to find a way in, laughing so hard til we almost peed our pants, kinda like we were in high school all over again) and shopping in the city together.
Grandma kept our itinerary jam packed with fun, for both the kids and adults...
