Mother's Day 2016

I can't even remember what my life was like before them.

But I think it involved lots more sleeping in, eating meals uninterrupted, a much cleaner house, a hotter bikini bod and more money in my bank account.

But I'd sacrifice all that for these boys any day.

We like to keep Mother's Day simple around here, and I like it that way.

Breakfast in bed, homemade cards and a box of my favorite See's Candies.

Every year.

But somehow, it never gets old.

Happy mothers day to all the mothers out there, but especially to my own mother and my mother-in-law who have both taught me so much about being a good mother.
