You know those kinds of family vacays that are years in the making and you've been looking forward to it for so long that it never seems like its gonna come?
And then it comes and suddenly its over in the blink of an eye!
And then you're like, "well, NOW what do I have to look forward to??"
So then you start planning the next one years and years in advance?
Yeah, that was this vacay.
It is really hard to get all 22 members of my family together.
But we were due for a Hunt reunion.
And decided what better place to do it than THE BEACH!
Shockingly, we managed to find a beach house big enough to fit all 22 of us in Dana Point, California...
And the beach really was the best idea!
With 11 kids ranging in age from 1-13, it kept every single kid entertained.
And every single adult too!
The big kids went boogie boarding and body surfing, the little ones built sandcastles and ran from the waves, and the grown ups went stand up paddle boarding and played spike ball in the sand.
And then at night we would build a beach bonfire and play games on the beach and admire the gorgeous sunset and views from our beach house...
We just happened to be on this trip for Father's Day and it made it all the more special that I got to be in such a special place with the two best dads in the whole world...
My dad, and my baby daddy...
It was a pretty epic week.
And the cherry on top was a fun filled day at Disneyland that we surprised all the kids with
(with its own post soon to follow...)
Thanks for the fun memories, family!
Lets pick another beach and do it again in 2018!
