Madden's first Easter started with a visit from The Real Easter Bunny hopping around in our backyard...
(yes, our backyard bunnies are back and decided to make their first appearance on Easter morning!)
And ended with a huge Easter basket from The Other Easter Bunny (aka Ruth)
He was spoiled rotten

He didn't quite get the whole Easter Egg Hunt thing yet
Which made for a lot of running around on Zoey's part who had to run around and collect all the eggs herself :)
He mostly just liked sitting in the grass shaking the candy in the plastic eggs and then throwing them into his basket, only to dump out his basket and start all over again.

Mom sat in the grass and ate the candy from Maddens eggs
It was awesome.

How fun you had real bunnies in your backyard. Madden looks so adorable. Glad you guys had a fun First Easter with him it just gets better as they get bigger. Hudson was a lot more fun this year. miss you also!!
