Nashville Marathon girls weekend

Nashville is one of the most FUN places I have ever visited!  Who knew!?

Too bad I also didn't know it is one of the hilliest places.

Not a good choice for a marathon.

Wasn't my best time, but it wasn't my worst time either.

And I might have thrown up at mile 18.

So...

Marathon sucked.

But the funnest girls weekend ever made up for all that :)

Highlights included:

cuddling with these beautiful faces for 3 nights in a row

awesome shopping and amazing food..."Nashville-style" ;)

having some pretty smiling faces with me at the expo and the starting line...

and some more pretty smiling faces waiting for me at the finish line...

with some posters that made me laugh, even though I wanted to cry

a visit to the Grand Ole Opry...

("but lets just go to Forever 21 first guys")

and an 8 hour road trip with the funniest girls I know...

and some really really big red bulls

("this red bull is really big, ya'll...cuz I have a really Big Face and this red bull can is bigger than my face")

Are you more impressed by the fact that I ran 26.2 miles in 85 degree weather on killer hills, or by the fact that AFTER I did that I still had it in me to go out on the town and dance until 3:30 in the morning??

Cuz I think Janelle and I deserve a second medal for that!
