dialogue at madden's swim lessons

Madden: "Mom, I'n so essited!!  I'n gon be so brave!!"

Madden: "wait, I'n not ready."

Madden: "wait, I can't jump into the pool until I grow a wittle bit bigger."

Teacher: "I think you're big enough!  You can do it Madden!  Jump!"

Madden: "Wait.  Can you get a wittle bit closer?"

Mom: "JUMP MADDEN!!"

Teacher: "Show me your big kicks, Madden!"

Madden: "Wait til we get over there.  I can only show you my big kicks over there."

Madden: "Lets take a break.  Its kinda cold."

Teacher: "Lets keep swimming!  You'll be warm if you keep swimming!"

Madden: "wait, I like it over here, this waters kinda warm!"

Teacher: "Madden, can you blow bubbles in the water, like this?"

Madden: "Hmmmm, not until I grow up a wittle bit bigger I fink."

Teacher: "I think you can do it!  Just try!  Try blowing bubbles in the water."

Madden: "Hey look!  Is that an airplane up in the sky??"

Mom: "BLOW YOUR BUBBLES, MADDEN!!"

Teacher: "Lets practice floating on our back."

Madden: "wait, I fink the sun is too bright.  I wanna jump off the diving board."

Teacher: "Ok, then we have to practice jumping off a higher step first."

Madden: "Wait.  This is too high I fink."

Teacher: "Well the diving board is higher than that!  You can do it Madden!"

Teacher: "Now hold your breath and put your face in the water while you swim this time!"

Madden: "wait, I got water in my nose!"

Teacher: "Lets practice holding our breath under water.  Can you put your face in the water?"

Madden: "Hey look at that bee over there on that flower!"

Teacher: "Can you put your face in the water, Madden?"

Madden: "Hey wait, I can't see my mom.  Oh, there she is."

Teacher: "Can you try putting your face in the water, Madden?"

Madden: "Hey Mom!  I need to come over there and tell you somefing!"

Mom: "NO, MADDEN!  PUT YOUR FACE IN THE WATER RIGHT NOW!"

Teacher: "Ok Madden, if you can back float for 20 seconds..."

Teacher: "...and put your face in the water one more time...

then you can jump off the diving board!"

Madden: "wait.  this is too big for me."

Teacher: "No its not!  You can do it, Madden!  I'm right here!"

Madden: "wait. come a wittle bit closer, right there."

Teacher: "I can't come too close Madden, or you'll jump on me!  Ready...set..."

Teacher: "...GO!!"
