Lately I've been on this DIY-painting-crafting-stealing ideas from pinterest kick.

My latest pinterest inspiration is colored kitchen chairs paired with a white kitchen table.

Problem is, I am sooooo not a crafty person or experienced furniture-painter.

So after collecting lots of ideas and reading DIY blogs and asking a few friends for some tips, I'm giving it a try.

A few pics behind the pinterest inspiration...

The above middle color is the paint color I decided to go with for my chairs.

Its a Behr color, called Winter Fresh.

The table will be a bright white.

Now if only this were my kitchen to go with my soon-to-be-completed table and chairs.... :)

As soon as I get this project done, I will post before and after pics.

But don't get too excited.

I'm sure my finished project won't be nearly as pinterest-worthy as any of the above pics.
