family day date

yesterday was Randy's day off.

and it was too blazing hot to do anything outdoors.

so we took Madden to the movies to see Ice Age 3.

we snuck in some ice cold sodas in my purse.

and I broke my diet and enjoyed some delicious greasy movie popcorn with my 2 faves.

it was a fun family day date.

then we topped off our night with a fun BBQ and nighttime swim with great friends

aren't weekends just the best?
