Madden's 5th birthday

 5 - 7 - 14

And then, in the blink of an eye, my baby turned 5.

Oh how fast these 5 years have flown by!

This year for his birthday, he chose to just have a small party with a few of his closest friends at Peter Piper Pizza.

Which was super easy for me :)

All I had to do was show up and swipe my credit card.

He even opted for a store-bought cake!

Even easier ;)

Then on the day of his actual birthday, he woke up to presents, balloons, a birthday banner and pancakes with chocolate syrup for breakfast.

We went and saw Rio 2 that afternoon, just him and I and Beckett, and then went to a yummy birthday lunch at Firehouse Subs.
He got to take birthday treats to preschool and after preschool we met dad for a family birthday dinner at Red Robin.

By the end of the day, this kid was all party-ed out!
