Today Randy blessed our sweet baby girl at home, surrounded by our family.
Layla was so smiley and happy all day and there was such a sweet spirit in our home.
And she looked beautiful as ever in her blessing dress that I bought for her when I was pregnant...

It ended up working perfectly to combine Madden's baptism with Layla's blessing all in one weekend.
We already had all of our family in town and it just made the entire weekend that much more special.
My only concern was that I might be a little stressed at having two huge events crammed into one weekend and hosting so many people at our house, but I wasn't stressed at all.
The entire weekend was perfect and beautiful and everything went so smoothly and I was so happy.
A baptism for my oldest and a baby blessing for my youngest all in one weekend was almost too much for my mama heart to handle!
What a special weekend I know I'll never forget!
