When we moved to Downers Grove I thought it sounded like such a depressing place...you know, like where Debbie Downer might live?? I think they need to re-name the town Uppers Grove, cuz we couldn't be happier here! :)
Here's what we have been up to the past couple weeks...
walking around the Downers Grove Heritage Festival
going on walks
hitting up the Saturday morning Farmers Market
visiting Chicago's Navy Pier
taking naps together on the couch while Daddy studies hard
checking out the local malls and shopping centers
eating delicious Chicago food...like deep dish pizza and fried ice cream with gelato!
visiting the Downers Grove public library
practicing tummy time
baking chocolate chip cookies
reading books
trying to take lots of pics and post them on the blog to convince friends and family to come visit us ;)

Alllright...it DOES sound better than AZ. such pretty picutres. You hear Deb had her baby?? Can't wait to meet her!
i bet you have been checking out the shopping... isn't that what chicago and Tiffany are known for. you were made for that place! cant wait to come visit you someday!

How fun - I love new places! Call me crazy but even though I grew up moving every two years, I could keep on doing it! Love the napping on the couch, priceless moments :)
