what we did this summer

** July 24, 2015 **

Sumertime went by WAY too fast!
Our new house we bought puts us in a new school district and its a year-round school district.
So it feels like our summer got cut short.
Here's a little of what we did this summer...

We spent the majority of our summer packing/moving/unpacking...luckily Beckett and Madden were thoroughly entertained playing with all the moving boxes while I attempted to get things done...

Playdates with friends...

We made LOTS of runs to Home Depot and Target while we worked on setting up house in our new home...

Cousin Sleepovers...

Mini Bowling...

The boys lived on otter pops inside the air conditioned house when it was too hot to play in their new backyard...

We made lots of ice cream stops anytime we were out running errands...

Madden lost his first tooth...

Stayed cool inside air-conditioned Peter Piper Pizza...

Cooled off in the new backyard...

Went to Butterfly Wonderland...

And spent LOTS of time at our new neighborhood pool...

Back to school shopping and Meet the Teacher night at Madden's new school...

Now that summer break is over and its back to school, I wish the temps would drop :(

Still triple digits everyday and I'm all like, "why do we live in Arizona again??"
